What kind of quotes do you give?
We quote USD prices exw Shenzhen, China. The buyer should take account of the shipping expenses and the importing taxes. The freight is calculated separately based on transportation means, size and weight of shipment.
Do you provide free samples?

How do I pay?
We accept T/T in advance payment for Greatway web listed products. If customized product, we require 50% down payment on the order and 50% on the shipment.

Which transportation method could I select?
Usually the buyer appoints a forwarder and we follow the shipping instructions. We recommend the freight company such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT etc.
